Voyager Classes Reimagined

Can’t find the ‘Voyager’ classes on the schedule? They are still there; we’ve just updated some of our class names. 

These classes focus on improving mobility, strength, and cardio at a slightly slower pace with additional modifications. These classes are perfect for beginners or individuals recovering from injury or simply looking for a slower pace.

Monday
