Lunch with the Dietitian
Join Houstonian Dietitian
Elayna Nunley for a complimentary, interactive lunchtime session focused on making smart, health-conscious choices when dining out. Learn practical strategies for navigating menus, managing portions, and staying aligned with your goals while traveling or socializing. Reserve your spot through the Houstonian app under ‘Events’ and select’ Wednesday, Jan. 28’ under ‘Date.’

Lifestyle Nutrition Program
This personalized 8-week program is designed to establish a sustainable nutrition foundation. It incorporates biomarkers, blood work, lifestyle habits, and food preferences, with optional virtual group sessions during weeks 2–8 for added accountability and support.
First session begins on Feb. 9
Shopping Smart: A Healthy Guide to Grocery Shopping
Gain confidence shopping in-store or online while learning how to select goal-aligned recipes, build efficient grocery lists, interpret nutrition labels, and explore meal prep services or personal chef coordination to simplify healthy eating.
Pre- & Post-Surgical Nutrition Support
Individualized nutrition guidance to support surgical preparation, recovery, and long-term healing. This evidence-based program focuses on proper fueling before surgery and optimizing strength, energy, and recovery afterward.

Monthly Assessment Services
Members can take advantage of dedicated assessment days featuring mobility and gait analysis using the
Kinotek 3D camera Pre-registration is encouraged through the Houstonian app; walk-ins will be accommodated as availability allows.
Save the Date for the Following Assessments:
Tuesday, Feb. 10: Gait Assessments from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 19: Mobility Assessments from 8:30 to 10 a.m.
Saturday, Feb. 28: Mobility Assessments from 9 to10:30 a.m. and Gait Assessments from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Health Coaching
Work one-on-one with
Shantelle Weichers, Houstonian Club Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach, to develop sustainable habits around movement, stress management, sleep, and overall lifestyle behaviors through personalized goal setting and accountability.
Functional Fitness Small Group Training
Build strength, mobility, balance, and endurance through purposeful, real world movement in a supportive small-group environment led by Jeremy Kelley, Houstonian Club Personal Trainer.
Group sessions start on Wednesday, Jan. 21 at 12:30 p.m.
Youth Sports & Conditioning Training
Designed to help young athletes improve strength, speed, coordination, and confidence while supporting injury prevention and long-term athletic development.
