At The Houstonian Club, our goal is to make every arrival feel welcoming, seamless, and cared for. Whether you’re coming in for a peaceful workout, meeting friends for a class, or arriving with your family, we want your experience to begin with ease.
A few small courtesies make a big difference in allowing our team to provide the attentive and personalized service.
A Smooth and Considerate Arrival
If you ever forget your access tag, our team is happy to help. We kindly ask that you step to the side or behind the check-in line and wait for assistance. This allows us to continue welcoming Members in order and keeps our main turnstile open, safe, and flowing comfortably for everyone.
Helping Us Maintain a Secure Environment
In the Resident Lobby, where access is staffed but does not require a scan, we ask that all Resident Members pause briefly at the Resident Desk to check in their guests. This small step helps us maintain a secure environment, ensures accurate attendance, and allows our team to properly welcome and assist you.
Youth Safety & Certification Reminders
To support a safe and positive experience for our younger Members:
- Children ages 9–15 are required to be certified before using designated areas of the Club. We offer two types of certifications depending on age and activity.
- Children under the age of 9 must always have direct adult supervision when not checked into the Youth department.
We truly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you each time you walk through our doors.
