We are excited to share that we have launched a new and improved Houstonian Club Member-only app. This new app will enhance your experience and the communication you and your family receive as Houstonian Club Members.
Features:
- Group exercise class reservations and racquet sport programs, classes and clinics will move from MindBody to this new app beginning Monday, October 25.
- To-go ordering and reservations are now available through the app for on-campus restaurants.
- Allow push notifications and location services for an elevated user experience and to receive urgent notifications about the Club.
- RSVPs for events and programs will be open on the app.
- "Interest Groups" are specific groups that Members can subscribe to for curated notifications.
- Messaging is now available through the app for Member to Member communication as well as for messaging the Welcome Desk and Youth Team.
- Ability to request personal training, guest passes, yoga sessions, Pilates sessions, aquatics lessons, locker rentals and racquet lessons in one place.
- "One-stop shop" for all Club information.
- Single sign-on for aquatics and youth reservations through this app (so you do not need to log in to the reservation system multiple times).
Your username is your 'extended' Member number and your password is your last name (all lowercase and no special characters).
Ex. My Member number is "1234" and I am the main on the account, so I would use "1234-0" to log in and my spouse would use "1234-1" to log in.
Many reservations can be made through the app however, racquet sport court reservations will continue to be arranged by calling
713.685.6847. Due to the high volume of participants, private lessons, clinics, leagues and indoor/outdoor play on all 9 courts, our staff’s personal attention to each reservation request is necessary for the best possible outcome. In a brief conversation with our Racquet Sports Receptionist, court locations can be adjusted or moved based on the specific needs of the Member and we will do our best to accommodate everyone’s requests as efficiently as possible.
