Adventure Vacation Training

Prepare yourself physically to get the most out of your upcoming experience!   

Consult with Bob Talamini, The Houstonian Club’s outdoor adventure enthusiast and Personal Trainer. Bob is experienced and proficient in many adventure sports and can help you develop the necessary fitness level and skills needed for any adventure. 

This program is designed for those who already have a basic level of fitness and are looking to improve target areas. 

Adventure Vacation Training includes:
  • A consultation to go over current fitness and skill levels and your upcoming trip/adventure/goal (virtual or in-person)
  • A personalized program that suggests exercise modes, durations and intensities that are specific for the activity or activities you will be doing   

Possible Adventure Vacation Activities include: 
Hiking (single or multiday), mountain running, mountain biking, surfing, paddle boarding/surfing, caving, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, canyoneering, or just about anything else that might include mud and maybe some blood!

Signing up for a great adventure is great, but being prepared and enjoying, a great adventure is epic!
