Shae’s approach to fitness is rooted in a life of movement, from her upbringing in a military family to her career as a Division I and international women’s lacrosse player. This background instilled a unique blend of discipline and adaptability that defines her high-energy coaching style
and perspective.

Specializing in sport-specific mechanics, rotational power, and resistance training, Shae translates technical precision into accessible, tailored programming. Whether she is on the field as a Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach or in the weight room, Shae is passionate about optimizing performance through foundational form and movement efficiency. Her goal is to help athletes of all levels achieve structural integrity and long-term results.

Outside the gym, Shae is an avid traveler and photographer who thrives on the power of storytelling. She prides herself on building authentic relationships, ensuring every session is as engaging and personal as it is effective. To Shae, training isn’t just about the reps, it’s about the person behind them and the progress they’re making together.
