Gait Assessments
Members can take advantage of dedicated assessment days using the Kinotek 3D camera. A gait analysis is a quick assessment of how you walk or run. We will look at your movement patterns like foot strike, stride, and alignment to identify imbalances or inefficiencies. This helps us improve your performance, reduce discomfort, and lower the risk of injury.

To reserve your spot, select the ‘Events’ tab on the Houstonian app, select your preferred date, select the Gait Assessment event and your preferred time slot.
Pre-registration is encouraged through the Houstonian app; walk-ins will be accommodated as availability allows.
Please note that these are abbreviated assessments (about 15 minutes) and further in-depth testing (45 minutes) is available separately.
