Eriana has been with the company for almost 4 years as a Youth Attendant. In this role, she has assisted with all areas of childcare, handled reservations, resolved issues with members and was a key player in executing birthday parties. While working full-time as a youth attendant, Eriana attended the University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality from the Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management. After earning her degree, Eriana worked part-time for an event planning company where she honed her skills in time management and customer service. Throughout the last 6 months, Eriana has stepped up for the department in handling many issues and responsibilities. She is a true asset in the Youth Department.
