Stephanie
is a born and raised Houstonian. Her lifelong love of dance and fascination
with human movement capacity sent her to earn a degree in sport science which led her to become a physical therapist. She has been teaching group exercise classes
since 1997. Stephanie has trained individuals to move better, more mindfully by
improving body awareness, and breathing. She recently became a barefoot
training specialist and implements the foot to core connection into every class
she teaches. She is experienced in teaching a number of formats including
kickboxing, Pilates, H.I.I.T, strength & conditioning, functional movement, and more. Movement philosophy = more isn’t better, better is better!
