Getting Ready for Summer with Houstonian Club Camps!

Summer is only a few weeks away which means Houstonian Summer Camp is right around the corner! Our first few weeks of Youth All-Star camps are almost full, so make sure you apply and submit your forms as soon as possible. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis on who has submitted their forms. An application does not equal enrollment. See below as we answer some of our most frequently asked questions.

Registration

Forms
  • We require three forms to be submitted after the initial application has been completed. We will need your child’s/guest's immunization records uploaded, an e-signature for the Photo Permission Form, and the Youth Programs and Activities Registration Form completed.

Guest Policy
  • Guests of Houstonian Club Members may only be enrolled for one week of camp at a time if space allows. If you are interested in multiple weeks, you will be notified the Thursday before the start of the requested week if there is space, since we prioritize our family memberships.
  • There is a 20% surcharge on all camps for guests.

Communication
  • If you have any questions regarding your selected camps, please email camp@houstonian.com. All departments involved in summer camp have access to this email address and your email will be answered by a department representative.

Updates to Enrollment
  • Any updates that need to be made to an existing enrollment can be done by emailing camp@houstonian.com.

Lunches
  • Our camp is completely free of peanuts and tree nuts. 
  • You may opt in to lunches during the application process. If you forget, you may also let us know during sign-in.
  • Our menu is located in the 2024 Summer Camp Brochure. If your child does not want or cannot have something from our selection, you may bring something from home on those days. You also have the option to order their lunch from The Kitchen. Please let The Kitchen team know their name, camp, and time it needs to be ready by (noon) when ordering.

Electronics
  • We know our older All-Stars may have their own devices. Personal use of electronics is not permitted unless there is an emergency. No photos or videos may be taken from a child’s device. 

Cancellations
  • You must cancel the Wednesday before the start of your enrolled camp week to avoid any charges. Any cancellation done after Wednesdays will result in a full camp charge UNLESS a doctor’s note is provided.
