Yoga for Teen Athletes* $20/class

A resilient athlete is unstoppable!  They are focused, injury-resistant, quick on their feet and calm in their heads.  Athletes ages 13 to 18 train their physical and mental resilience through movements, breathing techniques, and meditation.    Led by long-time PE teacher, sports coach and parent of high school and college athletes Susy Crosser, these practices guide teens on how optimize their performance on the field, in the classroom, and beyond!
