The Pull of Yoga: Exploring Balanced Joints

A typical yoga practice has a lot of PUSH (think down dog) but not a lot of PULL (think chin-up).  Balance out your yoga shoulders with a Stall Bar practice to access greater flexibility and more stable joints; a result you may not be able to achieve on the yoga mat. Each class includes strength-building, stretching, and inversions or the very beginners to the stronger athletes.
