Learn to run in the deep water to get a great cardio workout that does not impact your joints.  We will be working on multiple intensity levels from sprinting to long distance.  Whether you are preparing for a marathon, running/jogging/ walking for exercise or you are re-entering the exercise scene, this class will teach you how to use aqua-jogging to improve core strength, posture, recover from injuries and enhance your exercise regimen.
