One Body Part: Back

Treat your back to less stress and more ease!  We'll recruit neighboring muscle groups to take the load off the back and free up spine.  Accessible, effective, and informative. 


Every week at this time, we take care of a different body part: First week of the month is Hands; 2nd week is Feet; 3rd Face; and 4th Back.  (If there’s a 5th week of the month, the body part will be the Instructor’s Choice!)  For more information, email yoga@houstonian.com.
