Increase the mobility, strength, and ease of your feet with this practice using a variety of tools and approaches.  Accessible, effective, and informative.  

 

First week of the month is Hands; 2nd week is Feet; 3rd Face; and 4th Back.  (If there’s a 5th week of the month, the body part will be the Instructor’s Choice!)  For more information, email yoga@houstonian.com.
