One Body Part: Face (& Eyes)

Experience self-care for your face and your eyes in this practice! Using a mix of tools including your hands and therapy balls, we’ll enhance the neuromyofascial relationships of the head, neck and eyes. Accessible, effective, and informative.
Every week at this time, we take care of a different body part: First week of the month is Hands; 2nd week is Feet; 3rd Face; and 4th Back. (If there’s a 5th week of the month, the body part will be the Instructor’s Choice!) For more information, email yoga@houstonian.com.
