Explore Yoga: Side Angle

Treat your body to a yoga practice in which you'll explore the ins and outs of one specific traditional yoga asana or posture.  Ends with a guaranteed 10- to 15-minute savasana or guided rest time.  Leave more knowledgeable about the pose and feeling great!  All levels welcome.
