Trying to gain muscle or lose body fat this year? Whatever your goal is, start it off by joining the 50/50 Body Battle! The Body Battle mission is to create healthy habits and encourage a positive lifestyle change that is maintainable over time. Each participant receives an initial and final In-Body assessment, along with weekly workout advice, nutritional
and motivational support! The 50/50 Body Battle Entry Forms are located at both desks on the Fitness Floor and the Resident Gym.
