September is the National Month of Yoga
10 to Begin Campaign
Before every yoga class you attend in September, you are invited to take "10 to Begin.” When you arrive, take ten intentional breaths on your own, anytime before class begins. No matter what’s happening around you, your breath is always available. Each week, there will be a variation to deepen awareness, presence, and openness.
Week 2 — Gratitude
Settle into a comfortable position after preparing your space. With each of ten breaths, gently bring to mind something you’re grateful for. Inhale with appreciation, exhale with ease. Pause afterward, noticing how gratitude softens and centers you before class.
