September is the National Month of Yoga
10 to Begin Campaign
Before every yoga class you attend in September, you are invited to take "10 to Begin.” When you arrive, take ten intentional breaths on your own, anytime before class begins. No matter what’s happening around you, your breath is always available. Each week, there will be a variation to deepen awareness, presence, and openness.
Week 5 — Beyond the Mat
Pause anytime during your day, wherever you are. Take ten mindful breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling with ease. This simple practice restores calm, focus, and presence, carrying the essence of yoga beyond the studio and into daily life.
