  • With intentional phases with progression, deloads, and goal-specific blocks
  • And with expert-led video demos to guide you 

This is your fitness roadmap, not just a workout of the day. Whether you’re in a home gym or traveling for business, your workouts are planned, organized, and entirely scalable.

Each training template includes:
  • A structured 4 to 12-week plan delivered through an excel sheet or Google Sheets
  • Custom warm-up and mobility protocols
  • Support from a Houstonian Club Personal Trainer for questions, adjustments, or modifications
  • Optional hybrid coaching support for video form review or adjustments
