Shanna Finucane

Shanna has been teaching a variety of fitness classes since 1987. She teaches step, body conditioning, muscle sculpting, BOSU and dance. Shanna specializes in high intensity cardio training, core development and muscle conditioning. She has choreographed production numbers for state and national pageants. Her love for dance has been a huge inspiration for promoting an active lifestyle. Shanna thrives to build camaraderie and high energy in every class she teaches. Shanna is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through American Council on Exercise. She has a BS in Nutrition and was the Director of Fitness for Mobil Oil. She's a trained dancer and studied ballet and modern dance at Lamar University. She believes learning how to push past your limits; not only gets results, but helps you to discover what you are truly capable of.
