Lizzy Metriyakool

Lizzy has taught public and private yoga classes in the Houston area since 2017.  Her fun, yet challenging approach focuses on building strength and range of motion while bringing a playful awareness to the body.  Her classes highlight the importance of better breathing, calming the nervous system from stress, and overall promote a more balanced mind and body. 

She continuously strives to learn and blends her training from Robert Boustany, Andrew Dugas, Larry Thraen, and many others into her classes.  She’s committed to helping her students connect with themselves to create healthier lives and communities.
