Stand Up Paddle Board*

We're taking our group ex classes to the next level by doing them on a paddle board! Try your Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates or Core classes on the water in these fun and challenging classes on a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) board. You will improve your balance, get your cardio workout and learn a little bit about the new craze of Paddle Boarding. You will get wet....but regular exercise attire works just fine if you choose not to wear your suit. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today.
