X-TRAINING FITNESS

If you like to run, jog, bike, swim or do Triathlons, this is the training program for you! All fitness levels welcome!

Begins Friday, Oct. 2, 9 a.m., The Meadow or Performance Zone
75-90 minutes of cardio, total body strength, balance, stability and power.
Minimum 6, max 16 members.
