Frances has been with The Houstonian since 1990. She is A.F.A.A. certified and is a certified Pilates instructor from Physical Mind Institute. Frances is also certified in Gyrotonic® Training, TRX, and aerial silks. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Houston and a minor in Dance. She is also a former Miss Houston with a background in theater, dance, and professional cheerleading. Being a mom to Cory and Haley is her favorite job!
