Boot Camp*

A great workout that involves jogging/walking and challenging circuit style training that involves body weight exercises as well as medicine ball, TRX, kettlebells, Rip trainer exercises and much much more. Many of the exercises involve core strengthening with the end goal being a stronger back and total body support system. Our goal is to burn as many calories as possible.
