Yoga Heat

Build inner heat through a more physically-intense, intermeditate-level workout, exploring a wide range of classical asanas and their variations.  May include longer holds and challenging progressions.  Designed for those who have previous experience with basic classical yoga poses like sun salutations and standing poses and are ready for the next level.  Expect to sweat and know your limits.  (Note:  The temperature in Studio B remains in the same range of 78 - 82 degrees for all classes including Yoga Heat.)
