A 45-minute high intensity interval style workout utilizing some of the most innovative equipment available in the industry. This class combines the full-body cardio challenge of the Indo-Row® water rower, with the strength and core conditioning of the ViPR® cylinder, and the balance and reactivity training of the Core-Tex® rotating disc. Long, progressive intervals using each of these modalities will provide a total-body workout with maximum metabolic expenditure.
